What this application stores

Account details, password credentials managed by the authentication library, business memberships, uploaded media, post captions, publishing schedules and results, audit records, and subscription references. Connected social credentials are encrypted on the server. Session cookies are required for authentication.

How information is used

Your data is used to provide workspaces, schedule and publish content you authorize, process subscriptions through Stripe, and diagnose failures. Selected media and captions are sent to Instagram or TikTok only through authorized publishing workflows. The application does not use AI APIs.

Storage and access

Media is stored in private application storage. Time-limited delivery links allow authorized platforms to retrieve selected files. Workspace roles control access. The hosting operator must configure and document its infrastructure, backups, retention, and incident handling.

Your choices

You can disconnect social accounts, export workspace data, delete unused media, and request or perform workspace and account deletion from settings. Published social posts remain subject to the connected platform’s controls. Financial records held by Stripe are governed by its policies and the operator’s retention obligations.
